FLIGHT ADVISORY – Here is the list of canceled flights due to the inclement weather condition brought by Tropical Storm Auring.

Over the past few hours, Tropical Storm Auring continue to affect the country’s weather condition. Auring was last spotted at 475 kilometers east southeast of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur.

The tropical storm has maximum sustained winds of 75 kilometers per hour and gustiness of up to 90 kph. Over 25 areas has been placed under Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 1 and expected to experience winds of 30 to 60 kph.

Canceled Flights

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration also warned the residents in the affected areas to take precautionary measures for possible flashfloods and landslides.

On Saturday (February 20, 2021), the airport authorities have declared the cancelation of some flights due to the Tropical Storm Auring that would bring an inclement weather condition over some parts of the country.

Here is the list of canceled flights:

  • PR2934/PR2935: Manila- Butuan- Manila
  • PR2525/PR2526: Manila- Cagayan de Oro- Manila
  • PR2361/PR2362: Cebu- Butuan- Cebu
  • PR2363/PR2364: Cebu- Davao- Cebu

The weather disturbance is expected to remain within the Philippine Area of Responsibility until Tuesday (February 23, 2021).
