Construction Worker Shares New Job With Kind and Generous Employer
A construction worker proudly shared his new job because of the company’s kind treatment toward its employees.
Recently, Ang Hel, a Facebook user, shared how good and caring for his new company is. The post quickly went viral and received various reactions from the online community.
According to the worker, his new engineer even treated him to a meal at a fast-food restaurant after he got hired. He happily shared that he was also given money for transportation before going home.
The company does not practice unnecessary salary deductions and treats workers fairly. The construction worker also proudly shared the benefits being offered by the company. Aside from fair wages, helpers reportedly receive free rice, free lodging, and even free WiFi inside the barracks.
The employee added that helpers earn around P750 daily, while skilled workers receive about P850, making many online users impressed with the company’s treatment of employees.
The worker also appeared to compare his new workplace with his previous employer in Makati. He recalled how workers in his old job reportedly had to walk very long distances and felt that they were not treated properly.
Without directly naming the company, he expressed disappointment over how some employers allegedly lack concern for their workers.
Many netizens praised the new company for valuing and respecting its employees. Others said that proper treatment, fair pay, and simple acts of kindness can greatly improve the morale of workers who spend long hours doing physically demanding jobs.
