In a previous article, Avelino has a viral photo circulating online showing his head. Many people online feasted their eyes on it while some were in disbelief and in doubt if the actor would really do it for a film. And over the weekend, the truth behind it has come out and a few netizens expressed dismay. It turned out that what the actor was holding for that particular scene is just made out of prosthetics.

Prosthetics is usually used in programs and films to create an enhanced three-dimensional character looks and effects ranging from various needs such as aging and injuries and to imitate an object. This kind of makeup artistry can make subtle or greater impacts to a certain character’s appearance.

And here are some reactions of the netizens to this based on an entertainment website:

Para sa mga Euroboys yang ganyang laki. Me lahi ba siyang European half?

Ano ba yan panira ng kilig charot. Pero seryoso, sana di na lang sinabi na prosthetics para nandun pa rin yung mystery

Akoy nanghihinayang
