AI-AI DELAS ALAS – “The Clash” judge Ai-ai delas Alas trended on Twitter for her performance of BLACKPINK’s hit “Ice Cream.”

Comedy Concert Queen Ai-ai delas Alas is one of the main hosts of the Sunday noontime show ‘All-Out Sundays’ and judge the reality talent competition ‘The Clash’ alongside Christian Bautista and Lani Misalucha.

The renowned Kapuso comedienne trended on Twitter recently for her performance of a BLACKPINK song. On Saturday, she did the opening number for ‘The Clash’ with a performance of Selena Gomez and BLACKPINK’s hit “Ice Cream.”

Ai-ai delas Alas began her performance with “Gusto niyo ito! Yeah!” She sang “Ice Cream” herself and dance with her backup dancers on stage.

The award-winning actress did three outfit changes on stage while performing the K-pop song. At the end of her performance, she laughed and said “Ice Cream! Gusto ko ito, e!”

However, Ai-ai delas Alas’ ‘Ice Cream’ performance elicited mixed reactions from the online community especially from BLACKPINK’s fans. Most of them were not pleased with her performance.

This is not the first time that she trended on social media for performing the K-pop star’s song. The first was “How You Like That” which she performed on her Sunday show ‘All-Out Sundays.’ But people criticized her performance.

However, the actress said about her bashers: “Huwag na silang ma-shock, normal ko na ‘yon. At least, makikilala na nila ako- ang Oppa Queen ng Philippines.”
