Liza Soberano Formally File Criminal Case Vs Netizen with Dangerous Threat

Kapamilya actress Liza Soberano formally file a criminal case against the Converge ICT employee who left a dangerous threat remark.

In our previous article, Liza Soberano took Twitter to express disappointment to her former internet service provider, Converge Telecommunication for slow internet and bad customer service. After the rant, Liza feels relieved when PLDT immediately responds and gives her a better internet connection.

Liza’s controversial post has gone viral on social media and earned elicited comments from the online community. Netizens and several celebrities have mock her post hoping that they could be accommodated by the major internet provider in the country.

Meanwhile, as the Kapamilya actress is expressing how she is grateful and glad for the better internet connection, the head of her former internet provider left a disrespectful comment towards her. A netizen named “Melissa Olaes” threatened the actress because of her distasteful feedback to the company.

As a result, netizens criticized her saying this kind of threat is not a simple matter and they urged the actress to make way about it. Liza Soberano then expresses fury and fires back against her disrespectful remarks.

However, even the employee has apologized publicly, the actress will pursue filing a case against her with Liza’s strong statement indicating that she wouldn’t let this one pass.

Actress Liza Soberano, September 24, has filed a formal criminal case against the employee of her former internet provider making expressing a rude comment. Liza is accompanied by her manager Ogie Diaz and legal counsel.

“I was really upset, because the fact that it’s a rape joke it’s not something that should be taken lightly, and the fact that she’s a woman, I would never in a million years do a joke like that,” 

“I know that everybody is entitled to their own opinion, that is true, but at some point, you have to be respectful to others online. I want people to learn that there are consequences to everything like rape jokes coz that is not a light matter,” the actress said based on the report of MJ Felipe.
