On Sunday, September 6, Liza Soberano took to Twitter to call out an internet service provider. Her Tweets caught the attention of many people on social media.
Liza Soberano seemed to have gotten enough of Converge ICT’s service. She took to social media to rant against the internet service provider.
The 22-year-old Kapamilya star complained about the company’s slow internet connection. She also revealed that they won’t answer the phone whenever they call. She described their behavior as “unprofessional”
“Converge really needs to start fixing their internet speed. I am an unhappy customer.”
A netizen advised Liza Soberano to just change her internet provider. The actress replied, “I really want to but I have a 3 year contract with them saying yung bayad. My money doesn’t grow on trees I work hard for it.”
In a previous article, Senator Grace Poe criticized the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) for their “incompetence” in handling the issue of internet connectivity in the county. She said “napaka-incompetent talaga ng regulator natin, I’m sorry to say, pero hindi lang naman yan sa administrasyon na ‘to. Marami diyan carry over from the past. ‘Yung NTC dapat talaga, yan ang inaatupag nila. Iba ang inaatupag e.”
