Tom Rodriguez Shares Frustrating Experience with His Internet Provider

TOM RODRIGUEZ- Kapuso hunk-actor share frustrating experience with his internet provider as he was disconnected for paying a wrong bill.

Tom took Instagram to air his frustration after what happened to him because of his internet service provider. In his IG stories, he shares his unfortunate experience with Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company (PLDT).

According to him, PLDT sends a billing statement of his monthly internet usage. Tom, however, revealed that the bill he already paid was not his. As a result, he was disconnected and lost his internet connection.

“Yung pakiramdam na wala kang internet ngayon kasi maling bill pala ang natatanggap mo sa text at internet ng iba binabayaran mo,” Tom said in his IG story with a screenshot of a PLDT’s text.

In another IG story, Tom shows queuing customers lining up to pay their internet bills. He will pay his disconnected account by himself.

Meanwhile, in our previous article, Kapamilya actress Liza Soberano took Twitter to express her frustration over the slow internet speed and poor customer service of her internet provider, Converge ICT Solutions Inc. She revealed that the employees have “unprofessional” behavior.
