Eat Bulaga host Pauleen Luna answered the age gap issue with husband Bossing Vic Sotto and netizens have these reactions.
Pauleen has been part of the longest-running noontime show in the Philippines for several years now. Through this Kapuso program, she was able to meet the love of her life. When she and Bossing revealed their relationship, various reactions were expressed.
It was inevitable that they would receive negative comments due to the difference in their age. Pauleen is 31 years old now while Vic is 66. However, they showed to the whole world that age is just a number when they finally tied the knot in 2016.
They are now blessed with an adorable baby named Talitha. It is also obvious that both of them have a good relationship with each other’s family.
The issue of the age gap would probably part of the love story of Pauleen Luna and Vic Sotto. In a recent Instagram post of Mrs. Sotto, she shared her photo with her husband.
The caption talked about their guesting on Luchi Cruz-Valdes’ TV5 show Usapang Real Life. Pauleen shared that she was asked on how she deals with the age gap that she had with Vic.
“I wasn’t able to give a good answer because I honestly do not feel the “gap” that we have,” she said. However, Pauleen said that in the afternoon of the same day, she thought hard about the question.
Because of that, she came up with the real answer to that specific question. She pointed out that Vic gives her certain confidence and security in their relationship. Pauleen also stressed the amount of respect that she receives from him and this plays a major role on their relationship.
“He respects my life decisions, he respects my room to grow and he respects me like an equal. Never did I hear my husband raise his voice and felt like I was younger and didn’t matter. I always felt validated,” Pauleen said.
For her, respect is one of the main reasons why she and Vic are not having a hard time when it comes to their relationship. The TV host also said that she always feels important when she is with her husband.
