ABS-CBN network employees, Celebrities pay tribute: "Hanggang sa muli."

Celebrities give tribute to ABS-CBN network employees following the junking of their renewal bid.

ABS-CBN NETWORK – Kapamilya celebrities honor and pay tribute to the employees of ABS-CBN network and hope they could see them again.

Recently, the 2nd wave of employee retrenchment in Manila of ABS-CBN network happened. Over 11,000 employees lost their jobs and in an update, ABS-CBN regional also met their closure. This is after the network failed in their bid to get a fresh 25-year franchise receiving the majority of votes from House Franchise Committee and congress to junk their application.

And now, sympathizing and to give tribute to the retrenched employees, several Kapamilya artists expressed their gratitude and honored them: “Salamat, Kapamilya. Hangang sa muli.”

ABS-CBN personalities from their talents to news anchors such as Ted Failon, Anthony Taberna, Gerry Baja, Pokwang, and Ria Atayde have already transferred to other network. There were also reports emerged online that Billy Crawford is also making negotiations to another television network.

Aside from the regional network group, their business including ABS-CBN Studio Tours, ABS-CBN Store, Hado Pilipinas, Heroes Burger, and ABS-CBN Studio Experience in Trinoma Mall also closed down.
