JUST IN: Meralco Fined By ERC For Violating ERC Directives
MERALCO – Meralco was recently fined by the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) for violating directives from the latter.
This came from a post from ABS-CBN News on Twitter, which said that the ERC fined the firm with about P19 million.
This is because the said firm violated ERC’s directives. The directives include the firm’s failure to clearly indicate that bills were estimated and the failure to comply with the mandated installment payment arrangement.
