John Regala Health Condition Update As Of August 4

Here’s an update to John Regala and his current health condition.

JOHN REGALA – Seasoned actor John Regala confined and transferred at National Kidney and Transplant Institute (NKTI) for further medical tests.

“Bad Boy” of Philippine films John Regala is currently battling liver cirrhosis and esophageal varices. This has been known to public after he went viral as concerned supporter saw him along the streets helpless and in miserable situation.

Several personalities such as Raffy Tulfo, former President Joseph Estrada, singer Rez Cortez, Senator Bong Revilla Jr., Vic. Sotto, Nadia Montenegro, Chuckie Dreyfus, Manay Aster Amoyo, and Dranreb Belleza have already helped him.

And in a previous article, as per an update from former actor Chuckie Dreyfus, he got confined in a hospital after suffering from an excruciating pain. After some tests, it has been found out that his liver has not been functioning well which ultimately caused the swelling of his feet. His creatinine levels and liver functions were in bad state. He is closely monitored and given all the medical help he badly needs.

Now, for more tests and for recovery, he transferred to National Kidney and Transplant Institute (NKTI) in Quezon where he is bound to undergo more medical tests and treatment. He was brought at the kidney institution on August 4 at around 5 in the afternoon.

According to a post from Nadia Montenegro, he’s been suffering to a lot of pain because of his complications but medication cannot be deliberately done to him due to the deterioration of his liver and kidneys.
