The video footage of a customer and a delivery rider having a misunderstanding during the transactions elicits comments from the netizens.
Nowadays, a lot of people in different countries all around the world are already using delivery apps and services, which offer a more convenient service to customers. However, many riders are expressing their dismay towards customers making fake bookings and canceling orders.
The Facebook page “Philippines CCTV & DASH CAM spotted” has shared the video footage of a customer and a delivery rider having a misunderstanding during the delivery. The video garnered various reactions from the online community.

In the video, it can be seen that the customer waits for several minutes for the delivery. After a few moments, the courier of Shopee arrived and the two started to have an exchange of heated argument due to misunderstanding.
The delivery employee suddenly dropped the parcel to the ground and leave the area and his customer after the incident.
