Delivery Rider Gets Disappointed After Victimized by Fake Booking

The heartbreaking photos of a delivery rider almost burst into tears after he was victimized by fake booking elicits comments online.

Over the past few months, a lot of food delivery employees are complaining against heartless customers who were making fake bookings and canceling their orders. The online community also expressed their support for the riders.

The Facebook page “Easyboy Dagupan” has shared the heartbreaking photos of a disappointed delivery rider after he was victimized by a fake booking. The incident garnered various reactions from the netizens.

According to the page, the heartless customer ordered expensive foods from different restaurants. At first, the client was so responsive but it started to reject calls as the rider heads for food delivery.

The poor rider can’t find the exact location of the unresponsive customer. The rider traveled all the way from Dagupan to Lipit Manaoag. He also spent around P3,000 to buy expensive foods for the customer.

We really don’t know what to feel towards our rider 😟

At 4:43 PM today, a customer messaged us asking if we are still open, and we said yes. Nag-order siya ng:

12” Yellow Cab new york finest
18” Yellow Cab hawaiian pizza
10 pieces Yellow Cab chicken
1 Janas big dedication cake.

So finorward na namin sa rider yung order form ng customer. At first, the customer was so responsive, nagrereply pa sa mga clarifications namin regarding her orders. Pero nung naorder na lahat ni rider at malapit na siya sa location ni customer, doon na siya nagstart na di nagreply at di sumagot sa mga calls.

At around 6:40 PM asa area na siya ni customer, kaso wala talaga nag ri-ring lang ng ring yung cellphone ng customer. Nag try na rin ang admin namin na magchat sa customer kaso wala talagang reply 😩

Di mahanap ni rider yung exact location ni customer kaya nagtanong tanong pa siya sa mga kapit bahay. Tina-try pa ring tawagan yung customer, kaso wala talaga.

Sobra na kaming worried kasi mag i-8PM na, sobrang lapit na mag curfew pero asa Lipit Manaoag pa rin rider namin 😭😭😭

Ang malala pa asa ₱3,000 plus yung bill ng customer. Tapos yung HIRAP AT PAGOD ng rider namin na lumipat lipat ng store para lang mahanap gusto ng customer at magantay sa mga orders. At yung travel time pa ni rider from DAGUPAN to LIPIT MANAOAG and vice-versa.

THEY’RE RISKING THEIR LIVES JUST TO DELIVER PEOPLES’ NEEDS tapos may mga ibang tao lang talaga na walang pakialam makapag trip lang 😓

***EDIT: Naghanap hanap pa si rider sa location nung customer. Hangga’t may isang kapitbahay na nakakilala doon sa sinend na ID ng customer. Pagdating ni kuya rider sa address na nakalagay sa order form, nagulat nalang yung lalaking nakatira sa address at mayari nung ID na may order siya. Pero wala pa ring nagawa si Rider kasi ayaw tanggapin nung lalaki since di naman daw talaga siya nag order. Kaya po sana maintindihan ninyo kung bakit hindi namin inilibas ang ID details na sinend sa amin nung customer.

May gumawa lamang ng FAKE FACEBOOK ACCOUNT at nagpanggap na nagorder under his name.
