Video of Delivery Rider Illegally Detained by Customer Goes Viral
A delivery rider expressed his dismay after a wise customer detained him inside his house for having no idea on how to use his order.
Nowadays, a lot of delivery employees are experiencing hardships and difficulties performing their jobs. Several customers are making fake bookings and canceling their orders for unjustifiable reasons.
Delivery workers are just tasked to deliver the products or items to the customers and they are not liable to the items. Online shops and sellers are liable for any misunderstanding about the products.

The Facebook page “Pinoy Abroad Tambayan” has shared the video footage of a customer who illegally detained a delivery rider for not knowing how to use his order. The video garnered various reactions from the online community.
In the video, it can be seen that the male customer did not allow the delivery guy to get out of his house for not knowing how to use the product he ordered from an online shop. The two had an exchange of heated arguments.

“Grabe first day ko mag deliver! kayo na ang humusga sino ang mali! grabe ka kuya mag iisang oras moko pinaghantay para lang makita yung order mo! kuya pa condition condition kapa hahaha sempre papayag ako binayaran mo yung item e papayag akong buksan mo yun karapatan mo yun sa inyo yun e pero mali yung pinapasok moko ng bahay niyo para lang makita ko din item kung tama haha nung binuksan mo yung item tama naman diba? pero diko na kasalanan yung dimo alam pano ikabit yung item!grabe ka panghuli ng daga bibili ka online dimo alam pano ikabit tas isisisi mo sa courrier ! tas tatawag kapa ng pulis o brgy para ireklamo ako dahil diko babalik pera mo hahaha bakit ko naman ibabalik yung bayad mong 600 edi ako magaabono haha buti nalang may dumating na kakilala mo ALAMBRE LANG PALA NA MALIIT PARA MAKABIT YANG BINILI MONG PANGHULI NG DAGA HAHAHAHA kinulong mona ako sa bahay mo eh! dimo ko palalabasin pag diko binalik pera mo haha binuksan mo item tas babalik ko pera mo? ayos ah haha kung di pala nakabit yang inorder mo na panghuli ng daga edi hindi na ako nakalabas sa inyo? edi ano na ginawa mo sakin diba wala nga ako kapera pera para abonohan e! IRESPETO niyo naman kaming mga delivery boy, kaya nga kami nagdedeliver para magkapera tas ganun papaabonohan niyo hays🙁 may mga tao talagang walang PUSO😡”
