MTPB TOWS TRICYCLES – The Manila Traffic and Parking Bureau (MTPB) recently towed several tricycles along Pritil in Tondo, Manila.
According to a Twitter thread, the said tricycles were towed on that day for violated traffic rules and Balik Pasada Guidelines for Tri-wheel vehicles.
Furthermore, 24 trikes and pedicabs were also impounded on Monday (July 20). This is because of charging beyond the fixed fare, as well as operating without permit or license.
Here is the said thread on Twitter:
Last week, a Grab rider took back his license and ran away from the MTPB staff who caught him for a traffic violation.
