Lauren Young on the possibility of losing endorsements
Actress Lauren Young said that she is not afraid to lose endorsement if this will happen for this particular reason.
Lauren is known for her strong personality and for voicing out her views on various social issues. Her older sister former Miss World Megan Young respects her views and opinions.
“As an Ate, I will tell her that there are different ways she could approach things but si Lauren na ang bahala roon. She has her own discretion kung paano niya ita-tackle ‘yun,” Megan said, based on a previous report.
Indeed, Lauren has her own way of expressing what she feels and thinks about things that matter to her. Just recently, she shared her view on having the need to voice out, especially one who has a very wide platform to use.
As a celebrity, Lauren Young does not mind losing her endorsements for voicing out what she has to say.
“Whenever I speak out honestly may takot ako na baka mawalan ako ng trabaho from brands. But then again, in the long run, mas takot akong mawala ang freedom ko to voice out my opinions,” she said in her recent Twitter post.

She added that spreading awareness about certain issues does not necessarily mean spreading negativity.
Based on the article from ABS-CBN, Lauren also shared the same view with Angel Locsin when it comes to encouraging celebrities to speak out. She said that fame is useless if it will not be used to help the entity that helped you reach that status.
