These GMA Stars talked about ABS-CBN franchise renewal issue

GMA Stars Mark Bautista, Glaiza de Castro, Bing Loyzaga, and Christian Bautista, who are from ABS-CBN, reacted to their former network’s franchise renewal issue.

Once in their lives, these Kapuso artists were called Kapamilyas. Apparently, they are still supporting their former network even though they already transferred to GMA, especially on the issue of renewing its franchise.

Through their social media posts, Mark, Christian, Bing, and Glaiza shared a piece of their minds regarding the things happening to ABS-CBN now. For Glaiza, this fight does not just involve the TV network. She said that this is a fight of the Filipino.

“Hindi na ito labanan ng mga istasyon, laban to ng mga Pilipino. Dasal, kapit, akap,” the 33-year-old actress wrote in her Twitter post.

Christian, on the other hand, chose to be subtle, but his support for the Kapamilya network was obvious in his post on his Instagram Story. “Kapit,” the Kapuso singer wrote and was followed by hearts and the first three colors represented the color of ABS-CBN’s logo, based on the article from PEP.

Meanwhile, Bing shared the Instagram post of Asia’s Songbird Regine Velasquez. It was a prayer for the network amid the trying time for them. Although the actress’s last project was in the Kapuso network, she has done several projects under the management of ABS-CBN.

Mark also offered a prayer for his fellow artist through his posts on Twitter and Instagram. “Praying for my fellow artists at this very trying time..” he wrote.

He and Christian were former ASAP regulars, the longest-running musical variety show.
