Senate President Tito Sotto gave his rating for President Rodrigo Duterte for his performance as the Chief Executive in his 4th year.

President Duterte assumed the presidency in 2016. Although supports from Filipinos overflowed, there are also those who criticize him for how he leads the country.

Filipinos also have divided opinions when it comes to his performance in line with the response of the government in the battle against the COVID-19. Several critics slam the present administration while many people also defend the President.

For President Duterte’s performance in his 4th year, Senator Tito Sotto gave his rating. Based on the report from The Philippine Star, the Senate President gave a score of 8.5 to the Chief Executive.

Meanwhile, Sotto took a swipe at Manila Electric Cooperative (Meralco) just recently with the comparison with what the San Miguel Corporation (SMC) is doing amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

When it comes to the controversial Anti-Terrorism Bill, Sotto is also vocal about his support for this. He even commended Leyte Representative Lucy Torres for stressing out the positive points of the said bill.

The Senator called the wife of Ormoc City Mayor Richard Gomez as the true beaut and brains.
