Four PLO Office Personnel In Negros Occidental Under Investigation
FOUR PLO OFFICE PERSONNEL – Four personnel of the Provincial Legal Office in Negros Occidental are under probe after some complaints.
According to SunStar, this was confirmed on Monday (June 22), by Provincial Legal Officer lawyer Alberto Nellas, Jr. He further disclosed that a businessman filed a complaint which states that he was not attended when he was at the office.
Nellas added that there are complaints pointing out instances of tardiness and absences and alleged tampering of daily time records. This was charged against the said personnel, among them include three lawyers and an employee.
One of the said personnel, identified as lawyer John Michael Yee, already resigned from the office last week.
Rayfrando Diaz, a Provincial Administrator lawyer, said that they have been served with the show cause order.
Based on the report, the other personnel were identified as Ernie Magaspag, Ariel Cuaycong and Warlito Bagyo.
The PLO has only eight staff with the resignation of Yee.
