PAGASA Releases Latest Weather Updates for Monday (June 15)

The state weather bureau PAGASA reported that the Intertropical Convergence Zone would continue to affect the Philippine weather condition.

On Monday (June 15, 2020), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration released the latest weather updates in the country. The Intertropical Convergence Zone continue to affect some parts of the country.

The ITCZ would bring cloudy weather conditions with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms over the Visayas, Mindanao, the Bicol Region, and MIMAROPA.

The localized thunderstorms would bring partly cloudy to cloudy conditions with isolated rainshowers over the provinces of Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya, Qurino, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Abra, Apayao, Kalinga, Ifugao, Mt. Province, Benguet and Aurora.

Metro Manila and the remaining of the country would also experience the same weather condition.

The weather agency also warned the public to take precautionary measures for possible flashfloods and landslides during localized thunderstorms and when the rains get heavy.

Meanwhile, the coastal water conditions over the Northern Luzon and in Aurora Province as well as the rest of the country would be slight to moderate, according to the weather bureau.
