Airline Passenger of Dubai-Manila Flight Gives Birth To Baby Boy
AIRLINE PASSENGER – A passenger of a Philippine Airlines flight from Dubai to Manila gives birth during the travel.
In any workplace, there are routines that the people observe thus attending to duty is already like a patterned system. But, there are also times when something unexpected takes place and breaks the usual scenario.
That is what recently happened to a flight of the Philippine Airlines from Dubai to Manila. One of their passengers gave birth while they were up in the sky.
Based on a post of a certain Fidel Guzman Ala, they were 38,000 feet above the ground when an airline passenger gave birth. The said flight from Dubai to Manila is the PR659.
Ala tagged the scenario as one of the “fulfilling” experiences he had in his whole life. There was no doctor on board when the pregnant woman labored and eventually gave birth.
The netizen stated that he had to call a doctor through their satellite phone regarding a passenger giving birth. He relayed the instructions from the doctor to the crew delivering the baby.
Ala described it as “terrifying” as one wrong move of any of them could put the airline passenger or the baby’s life at risk. He would “ask and re-ask” the doctor to make sure he got the information right. The airline passenger delivered a baby boy.
“I now recognize the efforts of those who went through medical school,” the netizen stated.
According to Ala, he even had to draw a diagram to clarify the instructions of the doctor. He stressed that the scenario is showing that God was there every step of the way.
Based on the viral Facebook post, the baby was named Ali. The netizen tagged him as a “miracle” amid the COVID-19 pandemic now. He expressed his gratitude to all the crew.
