In the video, it can be seen that the woman expressed her disappointment towards a road employee making holes along the street as preparation for road reconstruction. The operator ignored her.
“Videohan ko kayo ha, ayos ayos ng kalsada sinisira niyo, imbes na pang-ayuda niyo na lang saying lang budget niyo diyan,” the woman said.
