Task Force Malasakit Confiscates Lot of Home Quarantine Passes from Manila Residents
The Task Force Malasakit of Office of the Mayor reportedly confiscates different quarantine passes from Manila residents.
Over the past few months, the Philippine government is strictly implementing the lockdown protocols aiming to contains the spread of the coronavirus disease. The quarantine order restricts the movement of the residents.
The local government units and police authorities require the residents to use home quarantine passes when going outside of their houses. Citizens who were caught not wearing quarantine passes and violating the quarantine guidelines would face corresponding sanctions.
Recently, the Twitter page “DZBB Super Radyo” has shared the photos of quarantine passes confiscated from the residents of Manila. Most of the quarantine passes are from quarantine violators.
According to the report, the Task Force Malasakit of Office of the Mayor seized home quarantine passes from Manila residents. A lot of passes recovered by the authorities were allegedly owned by residents who commit a violation of Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine.
