Filipino people are using alternative vehicles because the operations of public utility vehicles have been suspended throughout the entire quarantine period.
A Facebook user named Sergz Sagum has shared the photos of a bike locked and attached to his motorcycle. Sagum just bought groceries and gets shocked on what he witnessed. The photos garnered various reactions from the online community.
In the photos, it can be seen that an old bike was locked on his motorcycle. The cyclist seems to be afraid to lose his bike, which might be his only means of transportation during the health crisis in the country.
