Video of Traffic Cop Apprehending Delivery Boy Circulates Online
The video footage of a traffic cop apprehending a delivery boy saying “Pwede po ang pagkain pero bawal po ang tao” circulates online.
Currently, the Philippine government is strictly implementing the enhanced community quarantine in the country to prevent the further spread of coronavirus disease affecting thousands of people all around the world.
The enhanced quarantine prohibits mass gatherings, mass transport, and residents from going outside. However, frontliners and people who have quarantine pass are exempted from some restrictions.
The Facebook page “Hashtag Trending” has shared the video footage of an enforcer having an argument against a delivery personnel. The traffic cop apprehended the rider and prohibited him to enter the area.
In the video, it can be seen that the rider explained that food delivery should be exempted from the policy but the enforcer told him food are allowed but people are prohibited to enter the area.
