Here’s Dingdong Dantes Coronavirus Fundraising Update
DINGDONG DANTES – GMA-7 actor Dingdong Dantes gave an update on their fundraising.
Several celebrities in the Philippines are doing what they can to help the people affected by the 2019 novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Some of them focus on helping the frontliners.
In a previous article, actress, and philanthropist Angel Locsin announced that she has raised P10 million to provide more hospital tents. She revealed on her Instagram account the breakdown of their expenses.
Recently, Kapuso Primetime King Dingdong Dantes also gave an update on their fundraising project. His initiative will benefit the COVID-19 frontliners and people who are affected by the crisis.
The chairman of YesPinoy Foundation said they created the group called ‘Andrew’s Fund PH.’ It is a fundraising project with Caritas Manila, Magna Anima, Novaliches, Dioceses of Antipolo, Cubao, Novaliches, and YesPinoy.
‘Andrew’s Fund PH’ already distributed 3600 food packs to the less-fortunate families in various cities affected by the Luzon quarantine. Dingdong Dantes mention in his post how they made it possible.
“Dahil sa ating pagtutulungan, ang lahat ng ito ay naging posible. The efforts of Father Tito, the YPF and AF Team, the Dioceses, the Philippine Navy and our supporters continue to bring hope to our partner communities…”
“May we always be blessed with the heart and capacity to reach out to those who are in great need especially during this COVID-19 crisis,” he added.
