PH representative wins Miss Tourism International 2024 title.
Miss Tourism International 2024 title is another international crown for the Philippines won by beauty queen Yana Barrido.
The homegrown title Miss Tourism International was established by Tan Sri Datuk Danny Ooi and has been franchised by more than 110 countries. It all began in 1994 and this year, the Miss Tourism International pageant this year was held in Malaysia.
The annual pageant this year is supported by the Ministry of Tourism, Art and Culture, and Tourism Malaysia. The event aims to create an “opportunity to the beauty queens of different cultural backgrounds to share, exchange and learn from one another’s experience”.
Batangueña beauty Yana Barrido won the competition, another international crown and title for the Philippines. Also, she was also named Miss Vitality in the pageant. Before winning the Mutya ng Pilipinas Tourism International of this year, she was Miss Batangas – World 2023 and Bb. Lungsod ng Batangas 2017.

Meanwhile, another beauty queen won an international title for the country. Patricia Payumo won the Miss Star International 2024 crown at the coronation night held in Brazil.
