Photos of Unopened Bread in Garbage Truck Elicits Reactions Online
The social media users have expressed their anger after seeing two loaves of unopened bread inside of a garbage truck.
The coronavirus disease 2019 has been one of the most controversial topics online as it continues to spread in different countries all around the world. The contagious disease has already affected thousands of people.
Several countries have already implemented lockdown and other areas have been placed an enhanced community quarantine to prevent the further spread of the deadly virus. The ECQ restricts the movement of the people.
The lockdown protocols trigger fear, hoarding, and panic buying causing shortage of food supplies in supermarkets and grocery stores. Many people could not also afford to buy food due to poverty.
Recently, the Facebook page “My Banting” has shared the photos of two loaves of unopened bread in a garbage truck. The controversial photos garnered various reactions from the online community.
In the photos, it can be seen that the plastic packs containing bread appear to be full and unopened. However, it was still unknown if the bread is expired or contaminated, which might be the reason why it was dumped.
Unfortunately, social media users condemned the actions of whoever did the inappropriate act especially during this time of the pandemic.
