Star Wars Actor Andrew Jack Dies Due To Coronavirus Disease At 76

Andrew Jack, a Star Wars actor, dies at 76 due to COVID-19.

ANDREW JACK – An actor from “Star Wars”, Andrew Jack, died at the age of 76 and the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is the cause of his death.

The Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) has already infected more than 858,000 and recorded over 42,000 deaths globally according Johns Hopkins University and the hardest and worst hit country is the USA. And one of the fatalities due to this virus is the ‘Star Wars’ actor Andrew Jack and he passed away at the age of 76.

He died on Tuesday, March 31, at a hospital in suburban London. He is a British actor and a dialect coach. Gabrielle Rogers, his wife, was not able to see him during his final moments because she was under quarantine n Australia.

According to Roger’s post on social media, she wrote, “He was in no pain, and he slipped away peacefully knowing that his children, step children, grandchildren, brother, friends, and I were all ‘with’ him.”

Andrew Jack, throughout his career, appeared in Star Wars: Episode VIII: The Last Jedi, The Force Awakens, and Solo: A Star Wars Story. He was also able to work with A-list celebrities such as Robert Downey Jr. for Sherlock Holmes and Chris Hemsworth for the Avengers and Thor films. The most recent project he has done is The Batman.

As per this writing, the US has now more than 3,800 people who have died due to the virus and over 185,400 confirmed cases.
