Rachelle Serrano-Ramos is now grieving after her PUI father died spending 11 hours in a tent outside a hospital before he was finally confined.

A Facebook user named Rachelle Serrano-Ramos grieves after her father identified as Liwanag Serrano Jr. who is a person under investigation died after waiting for 11 hours at a tent outside a hospital in Quezon City.

Liwanag Serrano was rushed to the Lung Center of the Philippines for confinement after he experienced several signs and symptoms of coronavirus disease 2019 such as cough and breathing difficulty.

The PUI reportedly wait for 11 hours seating in the wheelchair under the heat of the sun before he was finally confined inside the health institution. Unfortunately, the latter died a few hours after he was admitted.

A hospital doctor apologized to Ramos and explained that there are only three nurses at the PUI ward and most frontliners are already tired and exhausted. However, Ramos still show her respect towards the health workers for doing their best despite the limited resources they have.
