Several workers who were choosing people to give relief goods in San Bartolome, Novaliches goes viral and elicits comments online.
Over the past few months, a lot of countries have been already implementing precautionary measures to prevent the further spread of coronavirus disease 2019. The virus affects thousands of people in various countries worldwide.
The Philippine government is also making necessary actions to help the residents affected by the deadly disease. Government agencies, private organizations, and even high profile personalities are distributing packed meals to both frontliners and ordinary citizens.
Recently, the Facebook page “Pinoy Trending News” has shared the video footage of some workers distributing relief goods to selected people only. The video footage garnered various reactions from the online community.
In the video, it can be seen that the workers are selecting people they want to give relief goods. They also refused to give some residents asking for goods. The video was allegedly taken at Brgy. San Bartolome in Novaliches.
