BILLS PAYMENT – This is the list of companies which postponed collection due dates as Luzon is now in state of “enhanced community quarantine”.
The entire of Luzon is now placed under enhanced community quarantine. This entails strict home quarantine, suspension of transportation, regulation of food and essential health services provision, and heightened presence of uniformed personnel.

As of press time, confirmed cases in the country is now at 140, deaths climbed to 12, and recorded three recovery cases. In his declaration yesterday, President Rodrigo Duterte plead to companies to have their customers’ bill payment extended due to the health crisis the country is facing right now.
“Para mapagaan ang gastusin ng ating mga kababayan sa panahong ito at para maiwasan pa rin ang paglabas ng mga tao,” says the president and he did not go unheeded.
Check out these companies and their announcement regarding payment:
Meralco – Keeping the lights on amid the crisis, customers can pay their bills 30 days after the due date.

Maynilad – Customers can pay their bill on April 14 and overdue accounts’ disconnection will be suspended.

PLDT, SMART, and SUN – They implement “30-day payment extension period” and people can still be connected to each other.

Eastwest Bank – “Eligible customers” are granted 30-day extension for payment of bills such as credit card charges and “auto, personal, mortgage and EEI loans.”

RCBC BANKARD – The announcement read: “Cardholders in good standing and with due dates from March 16 to April 15, 2020 can skip their due dates and make a payment 30 days after.”

Sky Cable – Payment is also extended for 30 days and we will still receive uninterrupted services from them.

BDO Unibank – The due dates of up to April 15 are having 60-day payment extension on loan payments covering credit card, auto, home, SME, and personal loan customers.
