Heartbreaking Photos of LTO Enforcer Who Gets Hospitalized After Traffic Violator Hits Him w/ Motorcycle Goes Viral Online
A poor LTO enforcer suffered injuries and wounds and got hospitalized after a traffic violator hits him with a motorcycle during apprehension.
Nowadays, the Land Transportation Office is implementing stricter traffic rules and regulations in the Philippines. The agency aims to reduce the traffic problems in the country and to ensure the safety of both motorists and pedestrians.
LTO is an agency of the Philippine government under the Department of Transportation that is responsible for all land transportation in the country. They are authorized to apprehend traffic offenders.
Recently, the Facebook page “Asec. Goddes Hope Libiran” has shared the heartbreaking photos of an LTO enforcer who gets hospitalized after a traffic violator hits him with a motorcycle. The photos garnered various reactions online.
LTO Enforcer Jerome Pamintuan suffered wounds and injuries after Robert C. Jocson hits him with a motorcycle. Pamintuan apprehended Jocson for not wearing a helmet while driving. Jocson resisted and tried to escape but the police authorities were able to arrest him.

Ito ang mga larawang magpapakita ng sinapit ni LTO Enforcer Jerome Pamintuan matapos siyang sadyang banggain ni Robert C. Jocson, isang motorcycle rider, habang siya at ang kanyang kasamang LTO enforcer ay nagmamando ng traffic sa San Fernando, Pampanga.
Ayon sa mga saksi, pinatitigil ni LTO enforcer Cris Canlas (kasama ni Pamintuan) si Jocson, na noon ay lulan ng kanyang motorsiklo, sa kadahilanang wala itong helmet. Ngunit sa halip na tumigil, tinangkang banggain ni Jocson si Canlas ngunit ito ay nakailag. Hindi pa ito nakuntento at tinuluyan nitong banggain si Pamintuan.
Bali ang tuhod ni Pamintuan at nasugatan ng husto ang mukha nito.
Matapos banggain si Pamintuan, tumakas pa umano si Jocson ngunit bumangga naman sa isang truck, na naging dahilan kaya ito ay naabutan at nahuli ng mga pulis.
Sa imbestigasyon ay lumabas na walang lisensya si Jocson at paso na rin ang rehistro ng kanyang motorsiklo. Nagtatangka pa umano si Jocson na magbigay ng mali-maling impormasyon sa mga imbestigador tulad na lamang ng kanyang pangalan at tirahan. Nagpakita pa daw ito ng traffic citation ticket na in-issue sa Capas, Tarlac, kung saan ang nakalagay na pangalan niya ay Ronald Gutierrez.
Kasalukuyan ay nakakulong si Jocson sa San Fernando Police Station, habang si LTO Enforcer Pamintuan naman ay naka-confine sa Mt. Carmel Hospital kasama ang kanyang misis na kasalukuyan ay buntis. Nakatakdang operahan si Pamintuan bukas.
Jocson, ang dapat sa mga kagaya mo, mabulok sa kulungan! Pinipilit ng isang simpleng LTO law enforcer gaya ni Jerome Pamintuan na magtrabaho ng tapat at masipag para sa bayan at para sa kanyang pamilya. Pero ano ginawa mo? Gawaing pang-kriminal ‘yan kaya dapat ay pagbayaran mo ng maigi ‘yan! Hindi ka na naawa. Dapat ay hindi na payagan sa kalsada ang gaya mo para hindi ka na makasakit pa ng ibang tao.”
