Barefooted Student Gives Bananas to Teacher As Gift
A poor student going to school barefooted due to extreme poverty gives bananas to his teacher to show his appreciation.
Teachers are personnel hired by both public and private schools to help students obtain academic knowledge. They are also considered as the second parents of the students inside the school premises.
A Facebook user named Ryan James Dueñas has shared the photos of a barefooted student who gives him bananas as gifts. The post garnered various reactions from the online community.
Dueñas said that one of his students identified as Manuel arrived late after he gave Prelim Activities and 30-minute Reading Intervention to his class. The student arrived barefooted because he can’t afford to buy a pair of slippers.
The student carrying a few pieces of bananas and give it to his teacher as a gift. Manuel gave Teacher Ryan a gift for enduring hardships and difficulties just to teach his students in a mountainous area. He even spends his own money to buy school supplies.
In return, Ryan bought a pair of shoes as appreciation for the sweet gesture of his student.
