They ordered residents to get rid of their pets. If they fail to do so, they would risk them getting culled. However, some owners keep excepts their pets from the animal cruelty order, instead, they effort to protect their pets from the virus.
Just like this pet owner in China who was going above and beyond to protect her fur kid from the coronavirus. According to the World of Buzz, the netizen said they went out to buy food and posted two photos on Weibo, showing a very beloved pet cat with its owner.
Netizens were amused after they saw the cat had gotten a human-sized surgical mask with a two holes for the eyes. The owner also earned praise for her love for her pet that she decided to protect their pet to the best of their ability instead of letting them contracted from virus.
