Doctor at Hospital in Hubei Province, China Died Due to Coronavirus
CORONAVIRUS LATEST UPDATE – A hospital doctor in the province of Hubei in China has died from the Wuhan disease.
Throughout this week, Coronavirus has become the headlines of several local news outlets and social media. The increasing numbers of people infected by the mysterious disease are now causing fear and panic to the public.
A lot of countries all around the world are already taking precautionary measures to prevent the spread of the deadly virus. The virus reportedly came from the city of Wuhan in China and continues to spread in other countries.
The Philippine government is already implementing precautionary measures and strictly checking passengers from China. However, some social media users urged the government to ban all flights from China.
Recently, the China Global Television Network reported that doctor Liang Wudong of Hubei Xinhua Hospital died at the age of 62 due to the coronavirus. Wudong helps patients to treat the viral outbreak in Wuhan City.
The novel coronavirus has similarities with the deadly Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) in 2002 and 2003. The mysterious disease has already infected 1,300 and killed 41 people as of this writing.
The National Health Commission released the countries with confirmed cases of the virus. Some of the affected countries are the United States, France, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, and Nepal.
