Mariel Padilla’s First Visit To Robin Padilla in Hospital
MARIEL PADILLA – It’s Showtime host Mariel Padilla revealed her husband Robin Padilla has been in the hospital for 18 days.
Filipino actor and producer Robin Padilla is known as the “Bad Boy” of the Philippine cinema. He tied the knot with Kapamilya host Mariel Rodriguez at Taj Mahal in India in April 2010.
They have two gorgeous daughters named Isabella Padilla and Gabriela Padilla. The action star ex-wife Leizel Sicangco has four children – Roselle Elizabeth, Kylie Nicole, Sherileen Zel, and Ali.
Two weeks ago, Robin Padilla uploaded a video of him with doctors and nurses of Dr. Delgado Memorial Hospital on his Instagram. In the caption, he expressed his gratitude to the staff for “taking down my very stubborn infection na pinag-NEW YEAR ako malayo sa aking asawa at mga anak.”
“Hooooyahhhh! Next step, rehab ng aking injured very painful back,” he added.
Robin’s brother Rommel Padilla, and nephew Daniel, RJ, and Matt, as well as Sen. Christopher Bong Go visited him at the hospital.
Recently, Mariel Padilla shared a heartwarming photo with her husband on her Instagram account. It’s her first hospital visit to the actor who has been confined for weeks now. In the caption, she revealed that her husband prohibited her to visit him due to the possibility of getting infected.
It’s Showtime host also thanked God because her loving husband is now close to fully recovering from his illness.
“After 18 days he finally allowed me to visit him. He didn’t want me to go because i might catch a bug or something and pass it on to the girls. He didn’t want the girls to get sick…”
“Proud of you babe!!! You are doing well. Road to recovery!!! Praise God!!! Oh no huli sa picture si Fatty wife inagawan ka pa ng food i love you!!! Can’t wait to welcome you home.”
