Motorcycle Rider Dead After Getting Hit By Bus In Pasig City

MOTORCYCLE RIDER – A motorcycle rider was confirmed dead after getting hit and rolled over by a bus on Tuesday evening (January 7).

According to a report from ABS-CBN, the driver of the bus, identified as Ricardo Erilla, reported that he was driving at 20 kilometers per hour (kph) when he felt that the bus hit something with its rear wheel.

Several witness of the mishap said that the motorcycle rider suddenly stumbled or tripped and ended up under the bus. The unidentified rider was confirmed dead after rolled over by the rear wheel of the bus.

As per the report, the Pasig City Police Station advised the motorists to stay cautious when riding their motorcycles, especially during rainy days or when roads are wet. The area of the accident have just faced rain, hence, the streets are slippery when wet.

As of the moment, the driver and conductor of the bus in the road accident are with the local police.
