KC Concepcion Absent At ASAP Birthday Tribute for Sharon Cuneta
KC CONCEPCION – The actress-singer apologized to her mother, Sharon Cuneta, over her absence at the ASAP Birthday tribute for the Megastar.
Yesterday, a birthday tribute for Sharon Cuneta was held at the ABS-CBN Sunday show ASAP. Several stars sang a song for the Megastar including Judy Ann Santos, Sarah Geronimo, and Regine Velasquez.
Sharon was emotional as she was surprised by what ASAP has prepared for her. The people who are important to her life were there – their songs, hugs, and kisses made the Megastar cry tears of joy.
The family of Sharon Cuneta was also present at the ASAP Birthday tribute. Senator Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan and their son, Miguel, gave the Megastar flowers. Her daughters, Frankie and Miel, sang with their mom.
However, a lot of people felt sad over the absence of Sharon Cuneta’s eldest daughter, KC Concepcion, at the ASAP Birthday celebration. Also, the actress-singer did not mention anything about her daughter.
On her Instagram account, KC Concepcion apologized to Sharon Cuneta for being absent at the Birthday tribute that ASAP prepared for the Megastar. According to the actress-singer, she was not able to join the celebration for some “personal reasons”.
KC stressed that they are not perfect but she has, does, and will always do love Sharon in the many ways she knows how to love. She apologized to her mom in case she failed her but assured that she is trying her best.
The Megastar’s daughter greeted her a happy birthday and told her that she will see her soon. She loves her and prays for her happiness always. Here is KC’s Instagram post:
