Aiai Delas Alas explains what transpired to her viral “Bang Bang” performance.
AIAI DELAS ALAS – The Kapuso comedienne Aiai Delas Alas explained why she wasn’t able to sang the lyrics of “Bang Bang” properly in “The Clash”.
Recently in Facebook, a clip of Aiai Delas Alas performance of “Bang Bang” with XOXO in “The Clash” went viral because she went on mumbling and mispronouncing words which have made numerous laugh. The song is truly upbeat and fast and what the comedienne did there was understandable. But to others, despite the good vibes of the performance, they have received it differently for they have expected so much from the performer.
And with this, Delas Alas, in Instagram, explained the whole thing and the reason why she misread the lyrics despite the prompter presenting it for her while performing on stage. She clarified, “Inaral ko talaga to at lahat ng mga kanta ko tuwing may concert ako or number… ewan ko ba pag na stress ako parang yung letra sa teleprompter nawawala sa paningin ko… “

The Kapuso comedienne gained nationwide recognition for her film Ang Tanging Ina (2003) and it was a blockbuster hit. It was then followed with three sequels entitled: Ang Tanging Ina N’yong Lahat (2008), Ang Tanging Ina Mo (Last na ‘To!) (2010) and Enteng ng Ina Mo (2011).
