PAGASA – LPA To Bring Rains Over Luzon, Visayas (October 29)
PAGASA – Weather bureau PAGASA recently said that an LPA will bring scattered rains in parts of Luzon and Visayas (October 29).

The bureau’s weather specialist Meno Mendoza further said that the following areas will face cloudy skies with scattered rain and thunderstorms:
- Regions
- Mimaropa
- Calabarzon
- Provinces
- Aklan
- Antique
- Capiz
According to ABS-CBN News, the brewing storm was last seen at about 320 kilometers north west of the city of Puerto Princesa in Palawan at 5 AM.
The amihan, or the northeast monsoon on the other hand will bring isolated light rains over the Batanes province and the Babyan Group of Islands.
Based on the report, As for Metro Manila and the rest of the country, they will face partly cloudy to cloudy skies with instances of rains due to localized thunderstorms.
As for the temperature forecast, Metro Manila will face a maximum 32 degrees Celsius, 23 degrees Celsius for Baguio, 31 degrees Celsius in Cebu, 28 degrees Celsius in Tagaytay, 31 degrees Celsius in Davao.
