Isko Moreno Caught Man Who Owns 12 Drivers License

Actor-turned-politician Francisco Isko Moreno Domagoso is the 27th mayor of the city of Manila. He has been very active in his duty and has made several positive changes in the city.
Moreno frequently shares videos on social media to give an update or announce a new policy in Manila. His determination to change his home town is very strong. He believed that Manila will be the richest city in the National Capital Region (NCR).
In fact, Philippine President Rodrigo Roa Duterte complimented Isko Moreno for his efforts to clean up the city and said he’s better than him. The younger politician returned Duterte’s compliment saying he’s the one who inspired him.
In a previous article, a young girl asked mayor Isko if he’s willing to become the next president of the Philippines. He answered he’s not ready yet but he’ll sure think about it at the right time.
During the latest Capital Report of Isko Moreno, he gave a sermon to a man who owns “12 driver licenses.” Raffy Tulfo Defenders shared the viral video on their Facebook Page.
The mayor showed all his driver’s license to the netizens. It can be seen that he’s obviously upset that the man named Joey Lasco Bantilan managed to fool the government 12 times. He also questioned why the government didn’t notice the driver’s unlawful act.
Aside from Bantila, there are also others who did the same modus. On the latter part of the video, he reminded all the drivers that he will never tolerate this kind of transgression while he’s in the office.
