Isko Moreno Says Manila Will Be The Wealthiest City in NCR in 2022

ISKO MORENO – Politician Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso said Manila will be the richest city in the National Capital Region (NCR) in 3 years.

Actor-turned politician Francisco “Isko” Moreno is currently the mayor of the city of Manila. He is considered one of the most well know politicians today due to his great performances in the city.

The 44-year-old politician has removed all the illegal street vendors in Divisoria, gave jobs to senior citizens and persons with disability (PWD), and strict implementation of city ordinance among others. He updates his town mates about his plans and orders through social media.

In a previous article, several netizens reacted after he received P20 million from the Chinese businessmen. Isko Moreno said he will use the money to rehabilitate the bridge in near the Pasig River.

On Friday, Moreno attends a forum discussing business opportunities in Taguig City. He declared Manila will be the richest city in the National Capital Region (NCR) in three (3) years. Currently, the wealthiest city in NCR is Quezon City, it started during the term of Mayor Feliciano “Sonny” Belmonte while Manila remained in the third place.

“Three years from now, we will be the richest city in the entire Metro Manila,” said Moreno.

Isko Moreno is confident that his city will benefit from a Supreme Court ruling in the case of Mandanas VS Ochoa. The national government is now obliged to increase its revenues to the local government units. He encourages the businessmen to invest there.

“Kaya kayo bumalik na kayo sa Maynila, mag-invest na kayo sa Maynila… yayaman ang Maynila. It’s not a dream because it’s based on facts,” he said.
