Simon Cowell Would Fetch Filipina Finalist Laroco In PH If She’s Not Returning to X-Factor

SIMON COWELL – X-Factor judge Simon Cowell said he would fetch the Filipina finalist in the Philippines if she will not return to the show.

Filipina singer Maria Laroco previously joined the sing singing search of the Kapamilya network, ‘The Voice Kids.’ Her batchmates are Darren Espanto, Lyca Gairanod, and JK Labajo.

The three-chair turner chose the team of Lea Salonga. Unfortunately, the young singer was later removed from the show. In a previous article, she said she wished to have a collaboration with the “Buwan” singer.

Maria Laroco’s defeat on the talent search didn’t stop her to dream bigger. She decided to join the United Kingdom X-Factor in 2018.

She eventually ended up as one for the finalist of the international singing contest and was hand-picked by Simon Cowell.

During the launching of her international album “Just Maria”, she shared her experience joining the international competition. Her press conference was held at Woorijib Restaurant, Tomas Morato, Quezon City last August 26.

Based on a report from Good News Pilipinas, Maria shared that X-Factor judge Simon Cowell said he will fetch her from the Philippines if’s she’s not returning to the UK for the show. His statements obviously proved that she’s one of the best contestants on the show.

“Promise me you’ll come back next year, If not I will be the one to fly to the Philippines to get you her in the competition,” Cowell told the Filipina.

According to the report, Maria responded to the famous celebrity saying she has no intention of breaking that promise. She’s certainly among the stars who raised the Philippine flag in other countries.
