Kathryn Bernardo, Alden Richards’ Film is Now The Highest-Grossing Filipino Movie Of All Time
KATHRYN BERNARDO – Actors Kathryn Bernardo and Alden Richards’ ‘Hello, Love, Goodbye’ is now the highest-grossing movie in the Philippines.
Kapamilya Teen Queen Kathryn Bernardo and Kapuso heartthrob Alden Richards collaborated for another wonderful masterpiece of director Cathy Garcia-Molina. Their Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) “Hello, Love, Goodbye” movie was shot in Hong Kong.
In a previous article, Kathryn and Alden Richard’s movie reached more than P34 million on its first day. Lots of people including their fellow celebrities are blown away by the movie.
A British guy went viral after watching “Hello, Love, Goodbye” as he was spotted by his friend crying over the movie. He was obviously moved by the brilliant storyline and acting of the prominent stars.
Based on a report from Inquirer, the film production arm of ABS-CBN, Star Cinema announced that “Hello, Love, Goodbye” is currently the highest-grossing film in the Philippines on Tuesday, September 3. Kathryn and Alden’s film earned P880,603,490 worldwide.
Kathryn and her reel to real-life partner Daniel Padilla’s movie “The Hows of Us” previously held the record. Cathy Garcia-Molina directed the two highest-grossing Pinoy movies of all time.
According to the report, Cathy Garcia Molina expressed his gratitude to all the people who helped her create a beautiful movie during their thanksgiving party.
“Hindi pwedeng balewalain ang tulong na binibigay sa akin ng staff ko, who is with me through thick and thin, literally… I am proud everytime that part of my success are these people behind me and with me,” she said.
The movie is a love story of Ethan and Joy, Pinoy workers based in Hong Kong. A bartender named Ethan who is in love with Joy, a domestic helper who is dedicated to providing the needs of her family.
