Magandang Buhay host Melai Cantiveros ranted against the rude staff of a travel agency during their vacation in Hong Kong.
Melai, together with her family, spent a vacation in HK through the aid of travel agency Klook.
However, her expectation of having a happy and memorable trip did not happen because of the conflict she had with the staff.
She said on her recent Instagram post that the staff of Klook did not treat them well as customers.
The actress-host also said that it was just normal for them to ask but the staff answered them as if they were shouting.
Melai Cantiveros stressed out that they paid for their trip, so it was not appropriate that they received that kind of treatment.
She also pointed out that in the voucher stated that they have a tour guide but they did not have a tour.
For her, it was not tolerable that the staff made them walk far, especially that there were also elderly tourists with them.
She iterated on her post that she shared her experience in Hong Kong to make Klook aware of the rude staff.
“Kaya nadismaya ako Pinost ko itu hindi para maparusahan ang nasa picture kundi para ma aware sila na may mga tao na nagrereact sa knilang ugali at sa susunod nilang mga costumer ay di na nila gawin itu kasi ang bakasyun ay memories to keep hindi memories to forget [sad emoji],” she shared.
There were also netizens who shared the same rudeness they experienced from the staff of Klook.
On the other hand, some netizens attested that the problem is not the Klook itself but the HK nationals.
