FACE MASK RECIPES – Here are some easy and simple homemade face mask recipe which could help you improve your skin and get rid of acne and marks.

We all want a clear and healthy skin. But due to some factor and free radical from the surroundings, we just simply couldn’t. We need to be patient and spend some to achieve it.

GREEN TEA MASK

Ingredients:

  • Green Tea Powder
  • Lukewarm Water
  • Honey

Procedure:

  • Mix one spoonful of powder and water in a bowl until you reach your desired texture. Honey is optional but you can add it for moisture and for thicker solution.
  • Put on the mask after cleansing the face. Leave on face for 10 to 15 minutes and wash with lukewarm water.

TURMERIC FACE MASK

Ingredients:

  • Turmeric Powder
  • Organic Brown Rice Flour
  • All Natural Nonfat Yogurt (Plain) or Milk or Olive Oil
  • Honey

Procedure:

  • In a bowl, mix 2 spoonfuls of turmeric powder, 1 spoonful of rice flour, 2 spoons of yogurt, and half a spoon of honey. Mix until you make a fine paste.
  • Apply a thin amount of the paste on face and leave it there for about 20 minutes and wash thoroughly.
  • To those with spots and marks, you can do it up to 3 times a week and those with good skin already, once a week is already enough.

OATMEAL MASK

Ingredients:

  • Rolled Oatmeal
  • Pure Baking Soda
  • Warm to hot water

Procedure:

  • Mix 2 tablespoons of rolled oatmeal and 5 tablespoons of water. Let it sit to absorb while gently stirring it for 3 minutes.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of baking soda. Set it aside for 5 minutes before applying.
  • Apply three layers of the mask. Wait until it’s totally dry then wash it off through a towel soak in warm water and rinse with cool water.
