Angkas Company Apologizes Over Malicious Strategy To Promote Business

Angkas company apologized over malicious post.

ANGKAS COMPANY – The Philippine National Police (PNP) Twitter calls out Angkas over malicious post in promoting their services.

“This is not acceptable to commuters. Matatakot ang tao sa Angkas pag ganito. This is not promoting public safety in transport business anymore,” says the PNP on Twitter re-posting that post from Angkas. In the supposed strategy of Angkas in order to promote their services, they have shared a statement that says something about their company alike to sex, scary at first but pleasurable if done over and over again.

In an official statement the Angkas released last August 1, they have sincerely apologized. It is never their intention to make their customer uncomfortable, thus, they admit their mistake. Safety of their riders is their top priority and if their malicious post have made them, in any way possible, bothered, they apologize as their “words and analogies are meant to help them connect with their audience.”

They take full responsibility of their misstep.

Moreover, they have written, “Having said this, we would like the public to know that while we believe sex should be discussed maturely and openly, our treatment of it through this tweet was far from desirable.”
