Manila Mayor Isko Moreno allegedly received “panlalait” from the mom of Kapamilya actress Claudine Barretto.

Mayor Isko has come along way from being an ordinary resident of Manila until he became an actor and now that he is the head of the capital city of the Philippines. He can be a great example of a success story. The actor-turned-politician admits that he has been through poverty before that is why he is pursuing to help provide a better life for his constituents.

After he took oath as the new Manila Mayor, Isko already implemented major changes in the city such as clearing the Divisoria from illegal vendors, cleaning public places, and eliminating corruptions.

Who also implemented the “bawal epal” which aims to prohibit photos and names of politicians to be posted in public areas and properties. Aside from this, he is also hands-on in encouraging investors to have their investments in Manila.

He is now one of the politicians whose name has feedback from people, not just in Manila but in other parts of the country. However, there was a time that Mayor Isko Moreno also experienced “panlalait”.

According to entertainment reporter Cristy Fermin, the mother of Claudine Barretto expressed mean comment to the actor-politician. She recalled about this during the recent episode of her digital talk show Take It… Per Minute! (Me Ganun) with Lolit Solis and Mr. Fu. Reportedly, there was a time that Mayor Isko was linked to Claudine.

When the news reached the knowledge of the actress’ mom, Estrella Castelo Barretto said, “wag naman sa isang dating basurero.” Meanwhile, Claudine’s older sister Gretchen Barretto was recently spotted with the Manila Mayor.
