Manila Mayor Isko Moreno has this witty remark in a recent “Walang Pasok” announcement as he stated, “pwede na pumasok si Cassie.”

The mayor is not just known for his seriousness in doing public service but also because of his witty remarks. He even has his own vocabulary composed of words he learned from the streets of Manila.

Mayor Isko even gained more fame when he immediately delivered changes in the capital city of the Philippines after his oath-taking. He also showed that he is a follower of the regulations he implemented in the city.

Previously, he ordered to take away all the materials with the names and photos of politicians that were placed in public areas. However, there was one netizen who criticized him when his photo and name was seen in a food cart for children’s feeding program.

The mayor clarified that he already told the private donor not to put his photo and name in the food cart. However, apparently, the donor did otherwise.

As he is now the Mayor of Manila, it is also his duty to announce “walang pasok”, especially in times of natural calamities such as typhoon and flooding. Based on the report from ABS-CBN, Isko Moreno was asked about the #WalangPasok announcement. His reply to this was refencing the popular Kapamilya afternoon series Kadenang Ginto.

The politician said, “pwede na pumasok si Cassie sa school“. It can be recalled that this line became famous on social media when it comes to the “walang pasok” announcement.
